Francesca Basu’s refurbished Principe Suites are appointed with hand-painted frescoes, traditional Italian furniture as well as deep purple armchairs and floor-lamps creating a warm ambience. The stunning bathrooms are spacious, light and equipped with a Lasa marble bath and a shower adorned with handmade glass mosaics. Portraits of 19th-century Milanese life and operatic music scores on the walls pay a fitting tribute to this amazing city. The design should feel like it has evolved over time.
The redesign of the 4 Imperial Suites by Celeste dell’ Anna combines a series of contemporary and classical elements. The 230-sq-mt suite has a large sitting room, featuring a handcrafted mini bar console and crocodile skin writing desk, and a striking bathroom with Turkish bath, chrometherapy system and massaging shower. The Imperial Suites’ colourful artwork, the enticing Baldachin bed, or the deep soaking bathtub are some of the distinctive elements of these signature suites.
The Royal suite has two bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious hall with a marble floor, and a sitting room with walnut wall panelling and inlaid wooden floors.
