NEWPORT LOGISTICS FUND

Newport Logistics Fund is a Luxembourg based company (part of Panattoni Group) providing an investment opportunities into development (“build, lease, sell”) of pan-European logistics with Panattoni (the number 1 logistics developer in Europe) as a sponsor and partner.

In 2022 and 2023, Newport Logistics Fund created its Funds I & II and successfully invested in eight logistics projects with a total surface area of around 234,000 square meters and a project volume of around 300 million euros in Great Britain, Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, and Poland.

The Newport Logistics Fund III was created in September 2024 as a SICAV RAIF fund with ISIN in Luxembourg and is open for subscriptions of 1 million euros or higher. With a target equity capital of 300 million euros and expected gross assets of 600 million euros, Fund III is planning to diversify in at least 10 logistics projects in Europe. The funds are intended for private investors, family offices, institutional investors, asset managers, and banks.

Fund III key highlights:

EUR 300m equity will be invested in the full cycle (“build, lease, sell”) related to development of warehouses,

Luxembourg SICAV-RAIF with ISIN and Bloomberg ticker (option to invest via private banks),

IRR 15% p.a. in EUR (net of fees) with 24-30 months investment duration per asset,

Pan-European investment strategy,

Panattoni (#1 logistics developer in EU) is a developer and sponsor (owners / management are 5% investors in the fund).
