These valleys, these slopes, these summits offer us exceptional products thanks to the passion and work of producers responsible for this land and respectful of the seasons.
We have had to travel the planet, train our palates through thousands of wines and flavours from around the world to understand that this green setting – our dear Tarn Sud – is the starting and ending point of all our travels.
We are neither a restaurant nor a hotel but a family house which opens its door 5 evenings a week to welcome you like friends.
You will dine at our family table and can stay in one of our 3 bedrooms.
