11am . Check in at the five star prestigious Old Course Hotel St Andrews Golf Resort & Spa. We have exclusive Old Course King / Twin Rooms and Old Course Suites available.
12.30pm . Enjoy a relaxing gourmet lunch while taking in the stunning views of the St Andrews Old Course and the North Sea.
3pm . After lunch, experience the Eden Mill Blendworks Gin School, where you may learn about and create your own gin, which will be uniquely bottled and posted back to your home for you to enjoy on your return.
7.30pm . A five course Scottish fish dinner with five Eden Mill Gins will be hosted at the award-winning and highly-acclaimed Tailend in St Andrews. After dinner, guests may retire to the Old Course St Andrews Hotel (short walk).

9am. Awake to amazing views and a full Scottish breakfast served at our accommodating hotel, Old Course Hotel St Andrews Golf Resort & Spa.
11am . After breakfast, we will enjoy a guided and relaxing walking tour of St Andrews, hosted by the local Eden Mill Ambassador.
12.30pm . To round off our weekend, a five course gourmet lunch with five Eden Mill Single Malt Whiskies will be served at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro. This exquisite five star hotel has beautiful views of both the St Andrews golfing range and the North Sea.
