Our first gourmet wine event at this deluxe hotel will be held at the Shang Palace, which was awarded one star by the Michelin Guide shortly after its opening. This event offers a fantastic opportunity for Club Vivanova members and guests to wine and dine in luxury with a selection of premium New World wines to be presented by Club Vivanova founder Bradley Mitton.
