NEWPORT LOGISTICS FUND

Newport Logistics Fund, a Luxembourg Fund that enables private investors to participate in the development and sale of logistics projects in Europe in partnership with market leader, Panattoni. 

Panattoni (the number 1 logistics developer in Europe) is responsible for construction and commercialization, as well as being a shareholder in the Fund. 

Fund III is to raise EUR 300 M equity.

Short/medium investment period (24-30 months). 

The Fund targets an attractive rate of return for investors of 15%+ net (p.a.).
