Club Vivanova hosts a Premier Cru Champagne cocktail at NOBU Fairmont Monte Carlo, hailed as the "sexiest restaurant in the world". Join us for a summer evening of three exceptional Champagnes, married with the Japanese fusion cuisine of Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa including three canapés of Hot Miso Chips Salmon, Rice Crispy Pork Anticho Unagi Sauce and Shishito Peppers.
