Join us for a summer evening of three exceptional Champagnes, married with the Japanese fusion cuisine of Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa including three canapés of Hot Miso Chips Salmon, Rice Crispy Pork Anticho Unagi Sauce and Shishito Peppers.
