Azienda Agrimontana, founded in 1972 in Borgo San Dalmazzo (Cuneo) in Piedmont, Italy, has rapidly become the market leader for Marrons Glacés and candied fruit as well as jams and honeys in Italy. The company caters to the best pastry chefs, chocolatiers, ice-cream makers, high end restaurants and gourmet consumers alike.

Agrimontana gently preserves the fruits of nature, using artisanal skills supported by technology. It is dedicated to keep the organoleptic qualities of its products through clean processing, free from coloring, preserving agents and artificial flavors. Candying, a traditional method of preserving with sugar, was its first activity, followed by the preparation of jams and other fruit preserves, both traditional and innovative, under the banner of 100% naturalness and the highest quality.
