At our lunch, the Fairmont Chefs have paired an excellent gourmet menu to complement these fine wines and after lunch, we will host a Masterclass from 2pm to 3pm giving attendees the exclusive chance to taste the following six exceptional wines in a guided degustation with Marco de Grazia.
