In fact, you will feel like something is off, or that it is missing the WOW factor. 

As one of the pillars of interior design, lighting directly affects our senses and our mood. Studies have found that the more intense the light, the more intense emotions are perceived to be. Not only does lighting affect our moods, but directly affects our biorhythm and even our circadian rhythms. 

Lighting is what makes us feel safe and relaxed at home, and directly affects our productivity at work. It also links the connection between rooms ensuring a smooth transition from one room to the next.

DWorld - A Global Window Display of the Principality of Monaco in the Metaverse

The metaverse is certainly a hot topic of the moment. However, it is not just a fad. It is the future that everyone should get ready to embrace very soon. 

The concept involves a parallel virtual world where all the latest technological trends like VR, AR, Blockchain, NFTs, 3D modelling, and more are combined to provide more immersive interactions. There are currently several companies jumping into this industry, but DWorld a Monaco based start-up is aiming to create the world’s first virtual economy, in order to create a global window display for the Principality and make the local enterprises thrive in this new technological era while making the Principality become the first country to launch a virtual economy in the Metaverse.

 DWorld was founded by Monaco’s youngest technopreneur listed in Forbes 30 Under 30, Manila Di Giovanni. The vision of the company and of the young technopreneur is to bring the smarter and greener version of the Principality of Monaco in the metaverse by co-creating a virtual economy with the collaboration and support of the local governmental entities and enterprises. This will help enterprises to don’t only sell their real-world goods and services, but also their virtual ones through the blockchain by selling the NFT of the real-world asset with added benefits, in order to make them even more exclusive. This start-up has been operating for one year and has already created its prototype in collaboration with the smart city department of Monaco by recreating the area in front of the oceanographic museum within the virtual twin of Monaco in this parallel world. There are new areas that DWorld will announce soon that they’ll start to recreate while selling some luxurious bespoke apartments and yachts within the virtual twin of the Principality for HNWI and UNWI. The news will come accompanied also by the announcement of a new collaboration with an important entity in Monaco giving their support to the newly launched start-up.

 This new platform solution within the Metaverse creates a real bridge between the real world and the virtual one while helping the Principality and the enterprises operating within it to use the virtual platform created by DWorld not only as a testing bed for Monaco’s governmental entities, but also as a new sales and marketing channel to boost the local economy and create an inclusive and more sustainable environment that will interconnect societies globally.
