Monaco resident Gavin Sharpe has launched his corporate wellbeing business. He is best known in the French Riviera for his individual wellbeing practice, Riviera Wellbeing. In October 2022, he launched the Good Life, a one-day event at the Monte-Carlo Bay hotel focused exclusively on individual wellbeing. He also appears on Riviera Radio with his wellbeing show, The Wellbeing Window on the first Wednesday of the month.
Sharpe is a former lawyer, entrepreneur and executive coach. He began his career as a lawyer in the city of London, transitioning from law to business. He co-founded an award winning, international recruitment company which was recognised in the U.K. by The Sunday Times. He has held several corporate executive roles since selling his recruitment business including his own sales training business.
“Corporate wellbeing has always been part of my service. The time feels right to announce the executive & leadership coaching business. Today’s thought-leaders, coaches and strategic advisors need to appreciate the interplay between psychology, neuroscience and modern-day leadership concepts. This is the sum of my life’s work.
As an accredited executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaching, Sharpe was recently invited to become an Official Member of the Forbes Coaching Council. The Good Life is Coming to the Cote D’Azur with Gavin Sharpe of Riviera Wellbeing and Paris Based Relationship and Recovery Coach Dufflyn Lammers
U.K. psychotherapist and Monaco resident Gavin Sharpe of Riviera Wellbeing has teamed up with Paris based relationship and recovery coach, Dufflyn Lammers. On October 15th 2022, the pair will deliver the Good Life at the Monte Carlo Bay hotel. Tickets cost €60 and proceeds are being donated to Child CARE Monaco. Lunch is included.
Gavin Sharpe said “It’s been my ambition for some time to start a conversation on the French Riviera about wellbeing. The time is now. After Covid-19, the world changed for all of us. Wellbeing is no longer just a bit of yoga on a Sunday afternoon but it’s a matter of survival. So how can we survive?”
In collaboration with 106.5 Riviera Radio, the event is being sponsored by three Monaco companies, Savills, Metabolic Balance, and Blevins Franks as well as one of the world’s leading rehab centres in Switzerland, Clinic Les Alpes.
The pair promise the day will be fun and practical. Lammers and Sharpe want participants to take home practical tools which will enhance their lives, including a wellbeing kit. Topics include how to be financially healthy, how to make love relationships work and why healthy living is important.
